“FASTMOUNT MONTHLY DRAW — CLIP SELECTOR”
1. ORGANISING COMPANY
Riviera Trade S.L., Camino de Jesús 21-22, Polígono Industrial Can Valero, 07011 Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
2. PURPOSE
Monthly draw of a Fastmount CT-08 tool kit (RRP €270.75 incl. VAT) among users who complete the Fastmount clip selector at latiendanaval.es/selector-fastmount.html
3. SCOPE AND DURATION
- Scope: Spain and Portugal
- Start: 1 June 2026
- Duration: indefinite, monthly draw
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel with 30 days notice.
4. CONDITIONS
- Be over 18 years old
- Complete the Fastmount clip selector
- Provide name, email and valid mobile phone number
- Accept these legal bases and privacy policy
- One entry per phone number and per email address per month.
5. HOW IT WORKS
- Upon completion, the participant receives a random 4-digit number (0000-9999).
- Confirmation sent by email.
- Winning number: last 4 digits of the first ONCE draw of the following month.
- If no exact match, the closest number below wins. If none below, closest above.
- In case of tie, earliest registration wins.
6. PRIZE
- One (1) Fastmount CT-08 Yard Kit (6 tools) worth €270.75 (incl. VAT).
- Non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Free shipping to Spain or Portugal.
- The prize will be delivered via invoice in the winner’s name. The winner must provide full billing details (name or company name, tax ID, postal address) when contacted via WhatsApp.
7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
- Published on website and social media within 5 business days.
- Winner contacted by phone and email.
- If no response within 15 days, prize passes to next closest number.
8. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
- Controller: Riviera Trade S.L.
- Purpose: draw management and commercial communications if authorised.
- Legal basis: consent.
- Data retained for 12 months.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability via rivieratrade@gmail.com
9. TAXATION
Prize value under €300, exempt from tax withholding.
10. ACCEPTANCE
Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
Spanish law. Courts of Palma de Mallorca.
