The VL-03H is the complete heavy-duty set of the very-low-profile range: it brings together the VL-F3H female (to the structure) and the VL-M3H male (to the panel), with 10 kg pull-out per pair, keeping exactly the same ultra-thin profile as the VL-03.
It is the choice when the ceiling or bulkhead panel is heavier but you can't allow a standoff from the structure. It is fixed with the stainless VL-SS3 screw or epoxy.
