The Fastmount VL-03 is the complete set of the very-low-profile range: one VL-F3 female, fixed to the structure (bulkhead, frame or ceiling), and one VL-M3 male, fitted to the back of the decorative panel. Together they give 5 kg pull-out per pair and the panel stays demountable without tools.
Why the set: you get the pair ready to install, and it costs less than buying the female and the male separately (0.89 EUR vs 1.28 EUR excl. VAT).
Profile: with the female recessed into the structure, the gap between panel and substrate is only 2 mm; surface-mounted, about 10 mm. This is the range for areas with minimal frame and panel thickness: light 6 mm plywood panels, ceilings, partitions, inspection panels and soft or honeycomb-cored panels with thin facings.
Installation: both clips are fixed with the VL-SS3 stainless screw (with lateral adjustment) or with two-part epoxy adhesive; no special tools required. As a guide, about 18 pairs per m² of panel; see the layout guide.
