The PC-F1A is the female clip fixed to the boat's structure (bulkhead, frame or backing) that receives the male mounted on the panel. It is the base part of the Standard system: the rest of the build follows from it.
It is installed by self-tapping into a pre-drilled 16.8 mm hole, about 14 mm deep. Important: being self-tapping, it only works in timber, plywood, MDF and similar —not aluminium or fibreglass. For metal, fibreglass, concrete or brick, use a screw-fixed female (PC-SF1, PC-AF1) or the PC-DC1 anchor.
Pull-out strength is provided by the paired male clip (2 to 15 kg depending on model), not by the female. Intended for interior use: bulkhead and ceiling linings, furniture and removable panels.
