The PS-S150E is the surface-mount version of the PanelSafe restraint system: it is screwed to the panel and held by a removable stainless steel cable, so that if the clip fixing fails, the panel hangs suspended instead of falling.
It is the safety solution when the panel is a thin wall panel that won't take the self-tapping base. It is used alongside the Fastmount clips and is compatible with all ranges. Not anti-theft.
