To install it we need a level, clean surface, work that we can carry out ourselves or you can do.
We travel to your boat to install the teak deck and there is no need to haul the boat out of the water.

How do we install teak decks?
1.- Templating the surface to be covered with teak.
We travel to the boat and take templates of the entire teak deck, including corners, hatches, deck fittings... For all these pieces, if the deck has a covering board, we make a teak frame for them. We normally use digital tools to take the deck templates.
2.- Laying out the teak deck
Once we have the deck templates at our workshop, we lay them out on our work benches. We manufacture the more complex pieces on our CNC machine so that the finish of the teak deck is flawless.
Once laid out, and using only top-quality Burmese teak with EUTR certification, we manufacture all the deck panels as if it were a puzzle. Once the caulking is dry we sand the whole deck, remove it from the mould, pack the teak panels and transport them to the boat for installation.
3.- Transport and bonding of the teak deck
Once we have all the teak deck panels on the boat, we bond them with polyurethane adhesive using a vacuum system or weights. After 48 hours we can then make the joints between the teak panels and the perimeter joints between the teak and the fibreglass.
4.- Final sanding of the teak deck
After 72 hours have passed, we carry out the final sanding of the teak panels we have manufactured and installed.

We guarantee all our work in writing, both materials and labour.
