We are a national benchmark in the manufacture, repair and installation of teak decks.
We measure the deck templates using digital tools and then create the template on our work benches.
The deck is manufactured using top-quality Burmese teak, sourced exclusively with EUTR (European Union Timber Regulation) certification of origin.
The entire deck manufacturing process takes place at our workshop, allowing your boat to remain in operation during that time and also avoiding possible damage to the boat during manufacture.
The installation of the teak deck can generally be carried out by the owner themselves or by any professional. We ship the teak deck in numbered panels that only need to be bonded in the correct order.
Once all the teak panels have been manufactured, and after the caulking rubber has cured, the deck is ready for installation, with no need to haul the boat out of the water.
