Teak & Rubber Marine Board Black Line

Okoumé-base marine plywood with a 2,5 mm teak veneer, Koraflex VP990, and a black line. Total board thickness 6mm. Okoumé base board, 100% marine grade, WBP Class III for outdoor use. The board has a 45mm teak strip and a 5mm black Sikaflex rubber line. The spacing can be customised to the client's requirements.

Prefabricated teak boat deck panels. Panels made with 44mm wide teak strips + 4 mm of Koraflex 990 caulking. Total thickness, solid teak, caulked with black Koraflex 990 VP, 5mm deep.

Also available with 48mm teak strips + 4mm black Sika.

These panels are made from solid teak wood, with no phenolic board. It is top-quality teak decking.

Plywood panel, RINA approved (RINA certified n° DIP084605MI/02), phenolic or melamine gluing constructed with Teak sliced cut veneer and Okoumé rotary cut veneer core and holy stripes.

6 mm teak-limoncillo white line board (ref. 051010): 100 % marine okoume base, WBP class III for exterior use, with a 1 mm natural teak veneer and 5 mm white limoncillo marquetry stripes. It reproduces a teak deck with light-coloured seams and is used on saloon, cabin and galley floors of boats, motorhomes and premises with a nautical look. It is cut to the shape of the floor, bonded to the base or fitted as a removable panel, and varnished after laying. Other thicknesses on request; supplied cut to size.
