What is Fastmount?
Fastmount is an invisible fastening system manufactured in New Zealand, designed to mount and remove decorative panels without screws, hinges or visible elements. The system works with clip pairs: a female clip fixed to the structure (bulkhead, wall, cabinet) and a male clip fixed to the decorative panel. Press the panel against the structure and the clips engage with a secure click.
Fastmount technology has been installed for over 20 years in superyachts, cruise ships, hotels, hospitals, offices and homes worldwide. It is the industry standard for registrable interior panels in the marine sector.
Fastmount ranges overview
Standard (PC)
The most versatile range. Profile: 4 mm with recessed female (PC-F1A) or 15 mm with surface female (PC-SF1). Extraction force from 2.5 to 18 kg.
Best for: yacht interiors, bulkheads, furniture, office panels.
Low Profile (LP)
Reduced profile of approximately 4 mm. More flexible than Standard, ideal for curved panels. Extraction force 5-15 kg. Never on aluminium or metal — only wood, MDF, plywood and fibreglass.
Very Low Profile (VLP)
The lowest profile: from 2 mm (recessed) to 10 mm. Force from 5 to 25 kg (VL-M3X).
Metal (MC)
All-metal clips for extreme conditions. MC-SS (stainless steel 316 marine grade) for exterior/salt environments. MC-NP (nickel plated) for fire resistance. Fixed with screws.
Textile (TC)
Exclusively for loose cushions. The female TC-F6H is sewn onto the cushion. The male goes on the structure. 34 kg extraction force — the highest in the entire catalogue.
StratLock (SL)
Professional rail system for large-scale installations. Only 8 pairs per m². Available in standard and fire-rated (FR) versions.
SLX
Premium range for architecture. Up to 8 mm adjustment, 8 pairs per m². The definitive solution for plasterboard/drywall.
